Certification: Sound Healing Level 1 – Self Practice

• Focus:
• Introduction to the philosophy and science of sound.
• Vibration, resonance, and effect on brain waves & nervous system.
• Basics of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and simple instruments.
• Self-practice: sound meditation, humming, toning, chakra awareness.
• Daily sound rituals for stress release and relaxation.

(includes Level 1 + Level 2 combined)

Certification: Certified Sound Healing Practitioner (Level 2)

• Focus:
• Expanding skills with bowls, gongs, chimes, tuning forks, and voice.
• Techniques for one-on-one sound healing sessions.
• Energy body awareness: chakras, nadis, aura, biofield.
• Creating safe healing environments.
• Protocols for sleep, anxiety, energy balance, and emotional release.
• Practicum: Leading 30–45 min individual healing sessions.

(includes all levels 1-2 & 3)

Certification: Sound Healing Master Facilitator (Level 3)

• Focus:
• Master-level training in gong orchestration, multi-bowl sets, and layering instruments.
• Designing & leading full sound healing journeys (60–90 min).
• Group facilitation skills: sequencing, intention, rhythm, energy flow.
• Advanced therapeutic applications: trauma release, chakra harmonization, deep meditative states.
• Professional practice: teaching methodology, retreat/workshop design, ethics & business of sound healing.
• Practicum: Delivering a professional sound journey with peer and mentor evaluation.
